Commodore Beach Club Condo

Great location. Right on the beach. A very old establishment. Needs to be updated very badly. We had 3 units. 2 on the main floor, 1 on the 7th. The pull out couches mattresses are stained. So Gross. The ceiling fans don't have light fixtures that work. The fridge door handles are cracked. The units are very small. They are not cleaned thoroughly. We found jewelry beads on the window sills, an old cigarette under the oven in view of the couch. Not enough pillows or towels. We made it work but would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

I'm posting this review for my elderly parents who just had a horrible stay at Commodore Beach Club. On booking the room they were booked for the second floor and then this was changed to the 5th floor at the last minute While they were there the elevators broke on three separate days. On the last occasion my parents were attempting to leave and check out. My 80 year old mother was trying to figure out a way to get the luggage down 5 flights of stairs since my father is recovering from surgery and is on a walker currently. She called the front desk and asked if there was anything to be done and they told her it was her problem to work out. Not only this but housekeeping was not properly cleaning the room on more than one occasion. The complete lack of empathy and zero attempt of finding a solution for your customers are huge red flags for me especially in the hospitality industry. This was their 4th trip to this condominium but it will be their last visit to the Commodore Beach Club. Let's hope someone in management cares enough to fix some of these problems because this was a horrible experience for them and the exact opposite of what you want on vacation.
